Privacy Policy

PakkaPrice helps people search products, compare available merchant offers, view price information and price history where available, use Buying Score and shopping-intelligence features, save products, and create price alerts. We are not generally the retailer, seller, payment processor, delivery provider, or fulfiller of listed products.

When you choose an external offer, you leave PakkaPrice to review and complete the transaction with the relevant merchant. That merchant controls its website, checkout, final price, stock, payment, shipping, returns, refunds, and its own privacy practices.

Account information: when you use Google sign-in, the application stores the account information supplied for authentication, including your name, email address, account identifier, and profile image if supplied. PakkaPrice does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or Google content.

Saved shopping information: for signed-in users, PakkaPrice stores Wishlist items, price-alert settings, target prices, notification preferences, saved searches, in-app notifications, and browser push-subscription details if you enable push notifications.

Search, product, and click information: the service processes searches and product-link searches to return results; it also records product or merchant-offer interactions, timestamps, referral/source context, and affiliate-click data when an outbound offer is selected. This helps operate the comparison service, prevent duplicate processing, and support affiliate attribution.

Technical and operational information: servers and service providers may process IP address, browser or device user-agent, request and error information, security signals, authentication/session identifiers, and similar logs needed to deliver and secure the service. Recent searches are stored in your browser only when you permit Functional preferences.

Support information: if you contact us, we process the information you choose to send. Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment-card or banking details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive credentials to support@pakkaprice.com.

We use information to authenticate accounts; maintain sessions; provide Wishlist, saved-search, alert, profile, and notification features; process searches; match products and offers; display price intelligence; operate and improve the service; diagnose errors; prevent abuse; maintain security; respond to support requests; comply with applicable law; and perform valid affiliate attribution when you select an eligible merchant offer.

We do not collect payment-card credentials or complete merchant checkout payments. We do not sell personal information merely because we receive affiliate commissions.

PakkaPrice does not display a cookie-consent banner. Limited local browser storage may support convenience features such as recent searches; you can clear it at any time through your browser controls. Product search, comparison, account sign-in, Wishlist, and core alerts remain available.

You may withdraw optional consent prospectively. Necessary processing, such as account authentication, security, requested alert delivery, and records required by law, may continue where permitted or required by applicable law. Additional privacy rights may apply depending on where you live.

Some merchant links are affiliate links. When you select an eligible offer, PakkaPrice may generate an affiliate URL containing a publisher, campaign, click, product sub-ID, or other attribution identifier. The relevant affiliate network and/or merchant may process referral information, online identifiers, cookies, or similar technology on or after the merchant visit to attribute a click, lead, or qualifying purchase.

PakkaPrice may receive aggregated or transaction/commission reporting where an affiliate programme provides it. We do not need your card credentials to receive a commission. Merchant and affiliate-partner privacy policies apply to information they independently collect. See our Affiliate Disclosure at /info/affiliates.

PakkaPrice uses authentication providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, database and cloud-service providers, browser push-notification services when you opt in, and product, search, and AI service providers where needed to provide requested features.

We may use third-party affiliate and conversion-attribution service providers for eligible merchant links. We share or permit processing only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, operate an integration you use, maintain security, meet legal obligations, or support valid attribution. We do not publish a complete list of commercial partners in this policy.

Account information is retained while an account remains active. Wishlist items, saved searches, alert settings, push subscriptions, and account preferences remain until you remove them, disable them, or request account deletion. Affiliate-click, operational, and security records may be retained for service operation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations. De-identified or aggregated information may be retained where it no longer identifies you.

PakkaPrice does not currently publish fixed retention periods for every log category. We review retention as features and legal requirements evolve rather than claiming a period that is not technically enforced.

Subject to applicable law, you may request a summary of personal data, correction or completion of inaccurate data, erasure, withdrawal of consent, grievance redressal, and nomination where applicable. To make a request, email support@pakkaprice.com from the account email where possible and describe the request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

There is no self-service account-deletion control in the current product. You may request deletion through support@pakkaprice.com. We will consider requests subject to data that must be retained for security, legal, or legitimate operational reasons.

We use HTTPS for data in transit, authentication protections, restricted production access, and reasonable technical and organisational practices. No internet service can promise absolute security. We will investigate personal-data incidents and provide notices where required by applicable law.

Infrastructure and service providers may process information outside India. We do not represent that all data is stored in India; transfers, where applicable, are handled subject to the provider arrangements and applicable legal requirements.

PakkaPrice is a general shopping-comparison service and is not designed to intentionally solicit sensitive information from children. If we learn that personal information was collected in circumstances requiring parental authorisation or deletion, we will take appropriate action under applicable law.

We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The Last updated date will change, and we will communicate material changes where required.
