PakkaPrice provides informational shopping-comparison and shopping-intelligence tools. It can show product information, offers, price history where available, Buying Scores, alerts, and AI-assisted shopping information. It does not normally sell, ship, fulfil, or process payment for listed products.

A purchase contract is normally between you and the merchant or seller at the external website, not PakkaPrice.

Prices, stock, delivery, sellers, promotions, coupons, specifications, and listings may change or contain errors. Final merchant checkout controls the transaction. Confirm model, storage, RAM, size, colour, seller, condition, warranty, delivery, and return terms before purchase.

Price history is informational and does not guarantee future prices. Buying Score, AI Shopping Assistant, recommendations, summaries, and price intelligence are decision-support tools, not guarantees of lowest price, product suitability, product quality, merchant reliability, or financial outcome.

Keep account credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Do not use the service unlawfully, impersonate another person, exploit security weaknesses, interfere with the service, create fraudulent activity, abuse alerts or APIs, or use automated scraping that violates authorised-access rules.

We may restrict activity that threatens the service, users, merchants, or applicable law.

PakkaPrice’s logo, brand, original interface, text, content, and software are protected by applicable law. Third-party product names, images, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify relevant products or merchants where available.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PakkaPrice is not responsible for external merchant sites or transactions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
